This year save your friends and family the trouble of practicing their fake smiles, and their exclamation of “Oh, you REALLY shouldn’t have,” and do your holiday shopping at Urban Lights. The handmade goods available at this yearly shopping event are sure to delight everyone on your gift list. South Division businesses such as Vertigo Records, Heartside Gallery and Sanctuary Folk Art will be opening their doors for extended hours and multitudes of local artists will have their goods available. By shopping at Urban Lights, you can have gratification of knowing that you are supporting vibrant local artists with your holiday purchases.

Things you might find at Urban Lights include knitted goods, such as scarves and mittens, jewelry, prints, and ceramic pieces. Whether you are looking for that practical gift, or something decorative that’s filled with whimsy, you can find it all in one convenient, festive shopping district. To add to the holiday spirit we will be filling all of the store fronts along South Division with the glowing holiday lights that give this event its name!

This year, don’t settle for those light-up holiday socks for the tenth year in a row!  We will have fun and festive gifts for every budget.  Just because your gift bag is full, doesn’t mean your wallet has to be empty! So gather together your fellow holiday elves, and make sure you visit us on South Division to soak up the holiday sparkle at Urban Lights!
